Human Resource Assistant

The main duties of this position are to support the HR Manager with tasks related to recruiting, new hire onboarding, current HR activities, and day to day office operations.


  • Assist with the new hire onboarding and termination procedures

  • Assist with day to day office duties including answering phones, filing, and data entry

  • Assist employees in international locations with HR tasks and issue resolution

  • Assist with producing and distributing the monthly HR newsletter

  • Assist with recruiting process including resume searching, job postings, interview scheduling, and data entry for applicant tracking

Education and experience required for the position:
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a professional environment

  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask is required

  • Excellent customer service skills and satisfaction in assisting others with issue resolution

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Capable of adapting to a rapidly evolving environment
